RGC have named the team to face Merthyr (Friday, 7.10pm)
Andrew Williams will make his 150th appearance againts the champions, with last weeks try scorers Tim Grey and Dan Owen beside him.
Head Coach has also added Charlie Connolly to the bench, after his sides injuries upfront. The prop featured for RGC last season so has settled in to training this week.
