An opportunity for Senior and Youth Coaches

Mark Jones, RGC Head Coach is running some pre-season training sessions for Abergele 1stXV Squad at Abergele Rugby Club ( Pentre Mawr Park ) on the dates below.

These are all Mondays and the sessions will run 7.30pm to 9.00pm.

They will cover a range of skills and other work. If any Senior or Youth coaches would like to attend to observe these sessions, this has been agreed by Mark and Abergele RFC.

Dates as below. At this stage we are looking at this an opportunity to purely observe sessions.
