RGC face Newport on Saturday, looking to follow on from last weeks winning performance on the road. Full-back Dion Jones was one of the try scorers in the BP victory.
"It was important we got back to winning ways last week, and to do it at Llandovery was always going to need an 80 minute performance. The challenge is for us to push on and put in another 80 minute performance on Saturday. Inconstancy has been our downfall both this and last season, and really it comes down to making sure we do the basics from kick off. Teams also want to come up north and take that win, so home advantage means we can’t take our foot off the pedal at any point."
"The support was amazing last weekend, and all the boys pick up on it….it is a huge lift for us, and hopefully we can raise the noise levels again this weekend."
