North Wales rugby encompasses all aspects of rugby from minis right through to adults and every game in between, catering for all levels of ability and experience. Playing rugby or just being involved with rugby can be extremely rewarding, and there are many ways to participate in the sport apart from just playing.

There are so many benefits of rugby, aside from the health benefits of playing a sport, rugby has the added advantage for catering for all levels of ability, sex and different skillsets. Play for fun, to stay fit or aim to play for your local club.

The game of rugby in Wales promotes values that include family, humour, integrity and above all it is about honesty and teamwork. Rugby aims to instil these important values in young players from an early age, and it also provides the ideal environment to meet people in your area, make new friends and get involved with your community.

If you feel playing rugby is not for you, then there are plenty of other opportunities available to become part of your club and community.

Why not become a referee, coach, first aider, team manager or volunteer in your local club to help your club be even more successful in the future.
