RGC will be looking for another win, after last weeks victory against Ebbw Vale. It was a dogged display against the Steelmen and Rhys Williams knows another performance is needed if they
are to pick the points up at Sardis Road.

"It wasn't the prettiest of wins, and that is something we should take positives from. Sometimes we have to dig in and make sure get the result, even when we don't have much of the ball. I thought we made the right decisions at key times and the younger players stepped up under pressure.
Of course we want to run the ball, score tries and get the supporters excited but on the flip side it is about doing the basics right and making sure we do the basics right and we did that last week.
Performance wise we are building on each week, and improving and we will need to do that against a tough Pontypridd side."
