After a weeks break, RGC are back in action Saturday against Carmarthen Quins at Stadiwm Zip World.
Last time out RGC put in an impressive performance against Newport last outing, and Head Coach Mark Jones is looking for more of the same
"It was one our best wins, playing with 14 men for 68 minutes....we were physical, tactically astute and our kicking game was clinical. Hopefully the performance has given the players that confidence boost and we can take it into the Quins game"
Quins head up North after 2 defeats, but they have already beaten RGC this season, so will be looking for the double.
RGC Full-back Dion Jones expects a tough game "We are looking for some consistency, but we also know that our performance levels are key. We were up against it at Newport, but going down to 14 players meant we had to really focus, and we made sure we didn't make silly errors. We need the same mindset on Saturday against a Quins side that will test us, especially around the set-piece."
