U18s Women: Final Round Awaits

Both Women's U18s Sides head into the final games of the Age Grade Championship and Lucy Brown - Player Development Centre lead has seen both of the RGC sides make positive strides as the weeks have gone on.

'It's our final weekend of the RAG programme, which gives the players from both squads, another opportunity to wear the RGC badge with pride. Over the programme, we have seen over 50 players pull on an RGC shirt, with both squads improving each week. As usual, we will continue to focus on ourselves, work as a group to have another day where the players can feel proud they've been able to represent RGC. I want to thank all the players and their parents/guardians for their support, as well as their hub and club coaches, as we go into this final weekend as without them the players wouldn't have had this great opportunity. What has been key throughout this programme has been connection, and this has been seen not only within the squads and management team but also from RGC as a whole with Ceri and Afon from the Senior Team coming into our environment last week. One thing is for certain there is a lot of talent within girls rugby in North Wales, with this RAG tournament definitely highlighting this!
