RGC Update

First of all we hope this update finds you safe and well, as we all continue to move through strange and difficult times.

We know that RGC Gameday has been missed by staff, players and fans alike and in normal situations we would be fully into a season by now, with supporters backing us home and away every game.

The biggest thing that we all miss, is the noise from the stands on a Saturday and it is the one thing that keeps us all going as a team.

We would love to give an update on what will happen in the coming months rugby-wise, but as you can appreciate we are not in a position to do so at the moment.

One thing we can say is that as a group we all want to be back at it, and when the time is right and we are allowed then we will be working hard on the pitch to represent the region in the best way we can.

Players have been keeping active at home and the gym finding creative ways to stay fit and challenge themselves over the past few months.

The Academy Coaches have also been working hard with the players remotely not just rugby-wise, as they recently took part in an online cook-along.
