Grey Signs for Jersey

Tim Grey has signed for English Championship side Jersey.

With over 100 appearances for RGC, we have seen Tim develop through the Coleg Llandrillo and RGC Academy programmes, and progress through the National Leagues with the Senior side. He joins the growing ranks of former RGC players now playing in the English Championship, and we wish him all the best on the move.

Tim Grey “It’s been 8 years here at RGC, from coming from Yorkshire when I was 16, through my time at Coleg Llandrillo and then into the Senior Team.

I have loved every minute of it, and I know I have made friends for life and I truly will miss everyone from the players, coaches plus fans past and present.

Looking back I have been I have been super lucky to be involved in the teams that got promoted and won the National Cup Final, and playing for Wales U20s and Cardiff Blues.

It’s been a dream come true and now I’m going to a new adventure in Jersey to test myself and push on to professional rugby.”
