RGC take on Swansea

RGC kick start the first of two home games to end the year, starting on Saturday against Swansea (2.30pm).

Historically games between both sides have been entertaining with a few last minute twists and turns.  RGC will be looking to make it a clean sweep against the All Whites, after beating them in September.

They both had a free weekend with games being called off, so Swansea's last outing was a 30:10 win against Bedwas and RGC won at home against Cross Keys.

Scrum half Efan Jones knows this is a great opportunity to end the year well "It has been a challenge this season, and we have not really been consistent but we have 2 home games now, so two good results will set us up for 2019.  Swansea have hit some form, and from past games we know they will come to cause us problems.  That said, it us up to us to put in a good performance and carry on from the Cross Keys game. We have talked about being more clinical when we create chances, and also not forcing the play when we don't need to.  It is always good to play at home around the Christmas period, so hopefully the crowd will be in good voice as well!"
